I know people who are straight Thinlin saddle pad users. Then others who don't use anything. What is your guys opinion on Thin Line vs. Eco Gold. I just want a half pad that is relatively thin, but protect the horses back from concussion etc.
I wouldn't say the EcoGold is thin. It's a pretty thick, firm pad. It does lift the saddle a bit. However, I love it. I could dance around on it and it wouldn't give. A lot of support.

ReplyDeleteI was using a Matts pad or whatever, and that thing is thick without the inserts in it. Thanks for the input
DeleteI don't know about the Eco Gold but I have a Thinlin and love it! Henry is bouncy and this helps my back as well as his :)
ReplyDeleteI know a few people with Thinlin's and i heard they work. But as with Ecogold they are expensive
